Dean Camera f93f732108 Update DevChapter9.c - use the Endpoint_ClearStatusStage() function where possible to reduce code size and (potentially) allow for centralized status stage timeouts.

Changed Audio Class driver sample read/write functions to be inline, to reduce the number of cycles needed to transfer samples to and from the device (allowing more time for processing and output).

Trim unique serial number created by the USE_INTERNAL_SERIAL option to 12 characters rather than 20 - apparently Windows will implode if a serial number is too long.
